Secondary school students

We offer secondary school students the opportunity to work in our nursery on both Saturday mornings and during normal working days - in particular, during school holidays.

The minimum age is 14 years. The work comprises cutting tendrils and shoots, hanging plants up and attaching handles to the pots.

We recommend wearing clothing that is not too warm and that can get dirty. Don't take any valuable items along with you. We are not liable for any damage to clothing or to any other items. The use of mobile telephones is prohibited during working hours.

Waterproof aprons are available for certain kinds of work.

The working hours on Saturday are from 08:00 to 12:00. All employees are expected to help tidy up after 12:00.

At 10:00 a 15-minute break will be taken in our company café.

During the week our working hours are from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 17:00. This means you can also choose to work half days or full days.

We only employ secondary school students who wish to work for a longer period of time, i.e. not just during a holiday period. We expect you to work a Saturday at least once every two weeks. You can always decide what time you will come, and you must inform the company manager of this. This can be done over the phone. It is not possible to come to work unannounced.

To register, you can stop by in person on Fridays or by appointment. We require a copy of your passport or identity card. You can download the registration form you are required to complete here.

Salaries are paid once a month by bank transfer. Your hours are recorded using a barcode system, in which respect we also measure employee productivity.
